They've made the entire process seamless. I don't know much about computers, but they were able to take less than 15 seconds to diagnose my problem. They explained exactly what I needed to fix the issues, provided the links to the products (which I actually tried to find better pricing and I couldn't), installed all the hardware that was needed and now my computer works better than ever.
